Calculator information

Calculator inputs are processed inside the visitor browser. Saved estimates, quote comparisons and personal calibration values are stored in local browser storage on that device. HomeCostPilot does not currently require an account or intentionally transmit those entries to a server.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

HomeCostPilot uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website usage and performance, including page views, approximate unique visits, referring pages, general location, device or browser information and Core Web Vitals. Cloudflare describes this service as privacy-first and cookie-free. HomeCostPilot does not use these measurements to retrieve calculator entries saved in the visitor browser.

Advertising

No advertising or behavioral advertising is active in this release. This policy and any required consent controls will be updated before advertising or additional tracking services are enabled.

Clearing information

Visitors can remove saved entries with the controls provided on the site or clear this site data through browser settings. Because saved project information remains on the device, HomeCostPilot cannot retrieve or restore it.

Policy changes

The effective date will change when this policy is materially revised.
